

Wire mesh: 10-gauge wire (.135) woven 1 1/2" diamond mesh pattern, triple crimped
Panels: Wire mesh is securely clinched and welded to channel framing around complete perimeter, and woven thru a center reinforcement channel bar for added support. Frame is mortised and tenoned at intersections. Bottom frame at 3" above bottom of panel to allow for sweep space.
For maximized stability, each panel is attached to 2" x 2" tubing post (direct panel-to-panel connections are possible.) Tubing posts will fasten to the floor. The post top extensions will be supplied when necessary to anchor the posts to ceilings.
Doors are fabricated from the same mesh as partitions and typically provided with transom above
Hinged doors: 1 1/4" x 1/2" channel frame with 1 1/4" x 1/4" cover plate on four sides, fast pin butt hinges, continuous 1 3/8" x 7/8" x 1/8" angle strike
All hardware necessary for proper installation is provided. Includes: hex head bolts, nuts and screws for panel connections, 1/4" and 3/8" anchors for most floor and wall connections, wall clips, angle clips and floor angle base or base plates.
All panels are manufactured to order, therefore panels can be made in any size increment (maximum: 6' wide up to 8' high; 5' wide up to 11' high. Taller structures to be double deck.)



Doors are manufactured to order, therefore can be made in any size increment (standard height is 7' plus transom).
